I can, without reservation, recommend On-Site to anyone searching for a computer service company that they can trust and that they can afford. Before we learned of On-Site, we found that both the work ethic and professionalism of many such service companies left a lot to be desired. We have been using On-Site now for several years and couldn’t ask for a better working relationship with a computer service company. They are the most knowledgeable that we have ever worked with, they always deliver more than they promise and often times go far beyond the call of duty in insuring that we are taken care of and for very reasonable prices that we can be comfortable with . They are always there for us when we need them and have never tried to take advantage of the situation no matter how time sensitive the problem may be or what time of the day or evening we call them. They are always within reach by telephone, cell or email and have never let us down when we needed them the most. And believe it or not, they can communicate in a language you can understand even with the most inexperienced of your computer staff. If you are not using these folks , you should be!!!

I have been using On Site Computer Solutions since 1999. Mr. Cliff Poe responded to our urgent request to for a backup to be done since the 2000 year end scare was upon us. Since that time, Mr. Poe has built and installed 3 personal computers for our office and home and has updated and or programmed 5 notebooks for our personal use. I would highly recommend On-Site for any problems that may arise in your home or office. They are very knowledgeable and the convenience of not having to bring your computer in for repairs is the only way to go.
