CEO, Nadia Moolla

Nadia received her Information Technology degree from Wits University (University of the Witwatersrand) in South Africa.  After graduation she worked as a Cisco field support technician for Dimension Data where she secured her CCIE .  After leaving South Africa and moving to Canada, Nadia was hired by IBM, where she worked for five years as a Team Lead for IBM Global Services supervising over 60 technicians who supported thousands of customers around the world in a variety of operating environments.  Upon moving to the United States, Nadia took over as CEO of On-Site Computer Solutions and continues to fill that position today.  She possesses a very high level of intelligence, exceptional interpersonal skills and numerous certifications.  All of this, combined with her years of field work make her one of the most competent and sought after IT directors in the business.

Cliff is a local boy who grew up in the Beaumont area where he attended Lamar University and studied Sports Medicine.  In 1988, after deciding feet weren't for him, he opened the doors to his first computer company.  His first customer was a husband/wife team selling pool supplies out of their home in Fort Worth and they wanted a POS and inventory database, which Cliff programmed in Lotus Works!  Since that time Cliff has lived and worked in many places all across the United States and has seen just about everything there is to see in IT.  His experience is extensive in networking, LAN/WAN topology, network administration, software design and implementation, software support, security, the internet, HIPAA compliance, third-party administration and many other aspects of computers and IT too numerous to mention here.  Suffice it to say that if it's happened in IT, Cliff has been involved at ground zero.  He is results oriented and when someone says they are calling in the big guns you can bet it's his cell phone ringing!

 Special Projects, Edward Weatherford

First of all, Ed wants you to know that THAT is not his real face!  It's the averaged male face, made of 32 male faces but it represents Ed pretty well.  He's the average guy you'd meet on the street.  Average in every detail but one; he writes code like most people write e-mail!

As Special Projects Director, Ed is responsible for every project that is not "off the shelf."  If it requires special software, special hardware or if it's a new application of existing technology, Ed steps in and handles the project.  He codes in XML, SQL, .net, ASP, C, C++, C-Sharp, Cobol and a few languages not mentioned here.  His specialty is WEB/database applications but he also excels as writing handheld applications and interfacing different types of data/systems with other data management systems.  He is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable in all areas of computer programming and applications in "real-world" environments.

  Technical Staff Team Lead, Todd Maxey

Todd is the hacker of the group.  Although he posses excellent technical abilities and is our Senior Technical Advisor, he's also the "go-to guy" for hacking, cracking, data recovery, tiger teams, security concerns, encryption and all other "dark arts" of IT.  Think Rat from the movie The CORE and you'll have Toddly all figured out!  You lose your password?  Don't worry...Todd will find it.  You crash your HD and need your data recovered?  Don't worry...Todd will find it.  You need your network probed for weak points?  Don't worry...Todd will hack in and send you an e-mail from your own account and tell you all you need to do to tighten the ship and keep out unfriendlies.  Linux, Unix, Mac, Windows, DEC Alpha, OS9, OS/2 Warp, Pocket PC, Simbian, Palm...you name it, he knows it all, been there, done that and got the t-shirt!

Flight Leader, Clayton Johnson

Clay was a Vietnam Fighter Pilot and as such, is everything you might expect of an Alpha Male.  His Doctorate in Computer Science was earned back when computers took up rooms the size of basketball courts and he's been knee deep in it ever since.  During the Y2K crisis, Clay was all over the country solving problems, getting companies on the right track and resolving issues that had stymied companies for months and years.  He possesses leadership abilities beyond measure and always provides that guiding force that companies need to be successful.  In a crisis, his "just fly the plane" attitude always has a calming effect.  Clay is the problem solver, the visionary, the closer...the one we all go to when we are at our wits end and need someone to guide us out of the forest.  In the end, Clay gets things done and everyone knows it; except Clay.  You couldn't ask for a better friend or mentor.
